This certificate provides two adults in a studio unit (approximately 900 sq. ft.) in your destination and resort for 5 days and 4 nights. As a qualified participant, Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com is pleased to offer you the opportunity to enjoy this incredible offer saving up to 75% off the seasonal rack rate. This promotional package includes all meals, drinks and non-motorized activities. This promotional package is non-transferable. All guests are required to attend a private viewing at the resort (approximately 90-120 minutes) to familiarize them with all the amenities available during their vacation and the options for participation in one of the vacation ownership plans. The date and time of the presentation of the tour will be determined by the resort. Failure to attend the tour and sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in a penalty rate of the season\'s current rack rate (per night) of $300 in addition to the package price paid. This will be charged to the card on file. Vacations cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional vacation offer. All reservation requests are subject to availability and based on a first come, first served basis. Unit will be assigned upon arrival. No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out. Acts of God or nature do not relieve the purchaser from these terms; however, if the resort is unable to provide accommodations all money will be deposited immediately as credit into the guest account for future reservation to be booked within 6 months of the date Act of God or nature affecting original reservation.
Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com Reservation Program: These Terms and Conditions of SOGNO TOURS, LLC (“Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com”), a booking agent for recreational accommodations, constitute a legally binding agreement (“Contract”) between the Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com and each customer who books accommodations. Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com reserves the right to modify any of the terms, conditions and benefits set forth therein or otherwise afforded to Customer at any time without prior notice. Cancellation of Privilege Pass (Certificate): Guests may cancel an unredeemed purchased certificate within 30 days of purchase date. After 30 days, the certificate is non-refundable. If dates are booked for travel to a resort, this would deem the certificate as “used” and is not refundable, even if it is within 24 hours of purchase. In addition, if dates are booked but the reservation is later canceled, there is no refund of the certificate. The holder will have 12 months to use the certificate from date of purchase and rebook dates of travel. In addition, reservation rebooking fees will apply.
Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com Reservation of Rights: Prospective Customers: Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any prospective Customer for any reason or no reason. Attorneys’ Fees and Costs: In any lawsuit, arbitration or other legal proceeding to enforce the terms of this Contract and/or Contract created thereby, or otherwise recover damages and/or losses due Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com and/or its’ affiliates, Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com and/or its affiliates shall be entitled to recover against Customer, Customer’s guest or otherwise any and all damages and/or losses, including but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs, whether incurred in connection with litigation or otherwise, provided Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com and/or its’ affiliates is the prevailing party in connection with any such matter. The prevailing party for the purpose of the foregoing shall be either (i) Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com and/or its affiliates or (ii) Customer and/or Customer’s guest and/or otherwise, and shall be the party receiving the more favorable determination as to the disputed matter. In any lawsuit, arbitration or other legal proceeding into which Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com is brought as a direct or indirect result of the acts and/or omissions of Customer, Customer’s guest(s) or otherwise, Customer and/or Customer’s guest(s) or other party shall indemnify and hold harmless Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com for any and all damages and/or losses, and defend Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com in connection with any such proceeding. Severability and Construction: If any one or more of the provisions herein is determined to be unenforceable, in whole or in part, for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain fully operative. Moreover, this Contract and resulting Contract shall be deemed to have been created by both Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com and the Customer. Governing Law: This Contract shall be deemed made and entered into in the State of Florida and shall in all respects be interpreted, enforced and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com and Customer consent to personal jurisdiction before the courts of Orange County, Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Customer waives any objection which it may now or hereafter have to exclusive venue in Orange County, Florida of any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or in any way relating to this agreement and the obligations created hereunder, and Customer further waives any claim that Orlando County Florida is not a convenient forum for any such suit, action or proceeding. Waiver: The failure of Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com to insist in any one or more respects upon strict performance of any terms and conditions of this Contract and the Contract created thereby shall not be deemed a waiver or relinquishment of any right or of the future performance of any such term or condition, but the obligations of each party shall continue in full force and effect. Headings: The paragraph headings in this Contract and resulting Contract are for reference purposes only and shall not have any substantive effect. Quality Control:. In the interest of quality control, and otherwise, telephone conversations may be recorded by Sogno Tours LLC d/b/a VacationVIP.com, and Customer hereby consents to such recording. Confidentiality: Any and all communications, including email, written, oral or otherwise, between VacationVIP and Customer(s) is privileged and confidential information intended only for the use of the individual(s) or entity named on the communication. Dissemination of this information without the written consent of VacationVIP is strictly prohibited.
This is a ONE TIME promotion. Guests agree to not attend any other vacation sales presentation during this vacation including adjoining dates (before, during & after your stay with us). Participating in another resort promotion while utilizing this vacation offer is prohibited and will void the terms and conditions obligating you to pay the rack rate to the hotel prior to check-out. In addition to the promotional rate paid, there will be a $16.50 per night Resort Fee and a 100% refundable security deposit of $500 will be due at check-in. This fee covers items such as resort amenities, organized activities, beach towels and more. The resort fee will be paid to the resort.
Rescheduling Policy - Inside 16 days no modification to a reservation will be accepted and the confirmed reservation will remain. If a reservation change request is received at least 17 to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date a $150 USD rebooking fee will be applied. If a reservation change request is received at least 31 to 45 days before your scheduled arrival date a $100 USD rebooking fee will be applied. If a reservation change request is received at least 46 days or more before your scheduled arrival date a $50 USD rebooking fee will be applied. No changes can be made within 16 days of your scheduled arrival date. If you purchased the rebooking protection plan that was offered during your original reservation call these fees will not apply to your first reservation modification. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.

Refunds will only be processed by crediting the credit card used for the transaction in question.
